Unlike existing car displays where guests simply view cars through show windows, this is a differentiated approach in which guests can get information by interacting with the car display. A Kinect camera detects user’s movements. A user can place his hand along the X,Y, and Z axis and in real-time, the movement data is sent to a system linked to the display stage. Guests can customize cars by moving and shaking their hands. They also can control car displays on big turntables, using motion. This system allows interesting display directing and guests can retrieve information in a fun way.
